Hello, my name is Alex Acosta, and I am the owner and operator of Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning. I started this business in 2009 with a simple goal: to provide honest, high-quality carpet cleaning service with personal care and attention to detail. When you call Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning, you are working directly with me, and when your appointment is scheduled, I am the one who comes out to do the work.
Since opening the business, I have cleaned thousands of rooms for homeowners in Elk Grove, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, West Sacramento, Carmichael, Davis, Woodland, and nearby areas. Being owner-operated means I can focus on what matters most: showing up on time, doing the work carefully, treating customers fairly, and standing behind the service I provide.
I am originally from Brazil and moved to the United States in 2004. I became a proud American citizen in 2007. In Brazil, I earned a degree in Agricultural Engineering. After moving here, I had the opportunity to work for UC Davis as a lab technician for almost five years, and later as a Research Associate for DuPont-Pioneer Seeds in the Bay Area. Those experiences taught me the value of discipline, responsibility, and professional standards — all of which I bring into my carpet cleaning business today.
I decided to build Hi-Tech Carpet Cleaning so I could return to the Sacramento area, have more flexibility for my family, and work in a business where I could serve people directly. I enjoy helping customers improve the cleanliness and comfort of their homes, whether they need routine carpet cleaning, help with traffic areas, spot treatment, or service for homes with pets.
